Xoá tài khoản Tâm Giao
Áp dụng cho ứng dụng Tâm Giao (nhà phát triển: Sino-Vina Global Entertainment Group Limited)
Cách 1: Xoá ngay trong ứng dụng (khuyến nghị)
- Mở ứng dụng Tâm Giao;
- Vào Cài đặt → Tài khoản → Xoá tài khoản;
- Xác nhận. Tài khoản và dữ liệu của bạn sẽ được xoá theo thời hạn nêu dưới đây.
Cách 2: Yêu cầu qua email
Gửi email tới privacy@sino-vina.com với tiêu đề "Yêu cầu xoá tài khoản", từ địa chỉ email gắn với tài khoản của bạn (hoặc kèm nickname và năm sinh đã đăng ký để chúng tôi xác minh). Chúng tôi xác nhận và thực hiện trong thời hạn dưới đây.
Dữ liệu nào được xoá, trong bao lâu
- Được xoá: thông tin tài khoản (nickname, năm sinh, email), toàn bộ nội dung trò chuyện và "trí nhớ" nhân vật, số liệu sử dụng gắn với tài khoản.
- Thời hạn: trong vòng 72 giờ trên hệ thống đang vận hành; bản sao lưu luân phiên được xoá chậm nhất 7 ngày sau đó.
- Được giữ lại theo luật: hồ sơ giao dịch/thanh toán và hồ sơ về sự đồng ý — chỉ trong thời hạn pháp luật yêu cầu, sau đó xoá.
Bạn cũng có thể chỉ xoá trí nhớ của từng nhân vật mà không xoá tài khoản: Cài đặt → Trí nhớ → chọn nhân vật → Xoá. Gói đăng ký (nếu có) cần huỷ trong Google Play trước khi xoá tài khoản để tránh bị tính phí tiếp.

Delete your Tâm Giao account
Applies to the Tâm Giao app (developer: Sino-Vina Global Entertainment Group Limited)
Option 1: Delete in the app (recommended)
- Open the Tâm Giao app;
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete account;
- Confirm. Your account and data will be deleted within the timeframes below.
Option 2: Request by email
Email privacy@sino-vina.com with the subject "Account deletion request", from the email address linked to your account (or include your registered nickname and birth year so we can verify). We will confirm and process within the timeframes below.
What is deleted, and when
- Deleted: account information (nickname, birth year, email), all chat content and character "memories", and usage data tied to your account.
- Timeframe: within 72 hours on live systems; rotating backups are purged within a further 7 days at the latest.
- Retained where required by law: transaction/payment records and consent records — only for the statutory period, then deleted.
You can also delete an individual character's memories without deleting your account: Settings → Memories → choose character → Delete. If you have a subscription, cancel it in Google Play before deleting your account to avoid further charges.
